Super Mario Run is available in the App store but that certainly does not mean that you will always get a positive experience when you play the game. Some people have complained about the app crashing even on Non-Jail Broken devices.

If you have also been afflicted with some of these concerns you can try out the following remedies:
• Kill from Multi tasking tray and re-launch the app
This is not the most technical advice you may get but it certainly does work. Instead of using the Home button to exit the app it is more advisable to kill the app entirely from the multi tasking tray. This can be done by double tapping the Home button.
The App switcher will appear on your screen. You can then swipe up on the Super Mario Run card to completely remove the app. Once you have closed the app this way, launch the app again to see if it is working or not.
• Free up the RAM
If you think RAM is not the main issue and removing the app completely from multi-tasking is not doing the job for you then ensure you have enough free storage. You should clear up if your phone is running low on storage.
• Hard Reboot
A good hard reboot is always good. Sometimes a good reboot gives a good digital kick up the backside. This certainly does not mean it is a solution to all of your problems but it is an immediate solution to all your Super Mario Run woes.
• Re-install the app
You can delete and re-install the app directly from the App store. This does sound like a drastic measure but what can be more drastic then not being able to play Super Mario Run. If your game is not working and everything else has been tried then go for this option.
