THQ announces Dancing with the Stars Video Game

I for one have never thought that a TV show where you watch a bunch of B-list stars dance was entertainment, but lots of people disagree with me. If you are a big fan of the ABC show Dancing with the Stars, THQ has announced a new video game that you might be interested in.

The game is called Dancing with the Stars and is being published by THQ’s ValueSoft division. Games from this division are usually low cost and don’t sport the best graphics you can get. From the screen shots I have seen this is certainly the case here.

The game will feature 26 different celebrities including Apolo Anton Ohno, Billy Ray Cyrus, Drew Lachey, Emmitt Smith, Harry Hamlin, Joey Fatone, Mario Lopez, Stacy Keibler and others to impress judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli. Players can go through an 8-week competition as well. A mobile version of the game is available.
