Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) today confirmed the release of an official Grand Theft Auto IV bundle exclusively for the Sony PS3 console.
The GTA IV PS3 bundle will be available on April 29th.
It will consist of a PLAYSTATION 3 40GB model, a SIXAXIS wireless controller and a copy of Grand Theft Auto IV, the latest title in the genre-defining Grand Theft Auto franchise.
The price will be €439. A normal 40GB PS3 sells for €398.95 in Europe. The GTA IV game sells for €64.97. So customers can save about 25 Euros when going with the special GTA IV PS3 bundle.
“We are delighted to offer the millions of PS3 and GTA fans the ultimate gaming package,” said David Reeves, President, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe.
German Amazon is already offering the GTA IV PS3 Bundle for pre-order.
If the GTA IV PS3 bundle is going to be available outside of Europe is not yet known.
Grand Theft Auto IV (GTA IV) is the eleventh, installment of the best-selling Grand Theft Auto video game franchise. The game will be released as well on April 29th in the United States. GTA IV is available on Amazon.com for pre-order.
