OtterBox says that it will donate 10% of the proceeds from the sell of the special edition cases to the Avon Breast Cancer Crusade to support research for a cure and awareness of the disease. Other than the pink color the case is the same as the other Defender for iPhone cases.
OtterBox is also offering a pink Defender case for the latest iPod nano as well. I have used one of these cases before and they protect the screen and every other part of the iPhone from liquids and drops. The touchscreen is still usable as well with the iPhone in the case.
