The motor is a 4.3-litre V8 with a claimed 453bhp. That much power will provide a 0-62mph time of less than 4 seconds. The car is also called the greenest Ferrari ever with 310g/kg of CO2 emissions—still no Prius.
The car will come stock with ceramic brakes and the F1-Trac traction control system. Official pricing is unknown, but sources tell Autocar that it will sell for less than the basic F430 selling for around $200,000 USD.
