The Bluetrek Bizz Bluetooth headset is the world's first Bluetooth headset with integrated SD Card reader.
Bluetrek managed to combine a nice looking Bluetooth headset and a Micro-SD USB-card reader. If you remove the back-end of the headset, a micro-SD slot will show, allowing you to insert an SD-Card up to 8 GB.
