As reported on Monday, Asus took Gigabyte to the Taiwanese FTC and Court over Motherboard Dispute. Digitimes reports now that Gigabyte agreed to issue a public apology to avoid a legal battle.
It is good to see the two companies are settling this before the COMPUTEX 2008, which starts next week.
