We are 4 days away from Steve Jobs' keynote at the WWDC 08, where we expect to hear and see all about the 3G iPhone. Fortune's Apple 2.0 tries to gauge the hype around the new iPhone with Google Trends.
The observations show not surprisingly an increase in searches for the 3G iPhone as June 9th nears.
Interestingly Hong Kong Google users seem to be searching the most for 3G iPhone.
This analyses is a bit flawed as lots of people search with "new iPhone", "next iPhone", "iPhone 2", "iPhone rumors", "iPhone news" or just "iPhone" to get at news about the 3G iPhone.
