German based carrier T-Mobile announced the iPhone 3G for a July 11th release today.
Besides in Germany, T-Mobile will also offer the new iPhone 3G in Austria and later this year in , Croatia, Chech republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia.
Unlike other carriers like AT&T in the U.S. and O2 in the UK, T-Mobile did not announce the price and the plans for the new iPhone 3G yet.
As reported earlier today, O2 is selling the new iPhone 3G for free with selected plans. AT&T sticks to the $199 price for the 8GB iPhone 3G, Steve Jobs announced yesterday.
