Microsoft to cut Xbox 360 Pricing at E3?

In May the Sony PS3 outsold the Xbox 360 nurturing rumors that Microsoft is going to cut the Xbox 360 price next month at the E3 Media and Business Summit 2008.

Microsoft could also announce new Xbox 360 hardware. After all they still have not answered the HD DVD failure. If you are not tied to a exclusive video game franchise like Halo, the Xbox 360 is just not that attractive compared to the PS3
Sony succeeds in positioning the PS3 as future proof with Blu-ray built-in, continuous firmware updates and Playstation Home.
