On Tuesday a report appeared on Reuters that Matsushita plans to release 37 inch OLED TVs in 3 years. A new report on Tech-On says now that Matsushita (soon to be named Panasonic) has no concrete plans on commercializing OLED TVs.
The company is only advancing their OLED technology at this point. The research and development of the Panasonic OLED technology is done at their OLED production at IPS Alpha's Himeji Plant.
