The NY Times reports that the Transportation Security Administration has approved newly designed laptop bags that allow you to pass through security without having to take out your scratch free laptop out for the X-ray inspection.

Pathfinder Luggage and Targus are working hard to release the first checkpoint friendly laptop cases this Fall.
The take-out your laptop action sure is a hassle everything at the airport. For frequent travelers these new bags sure are very tempting.
