Happy Independence Day to all U.S. readers of I4U NEWS. Today you can sleep in. Next Friday AT&T will open its stores at 8am to start selling the new Apple iPhone 3G.
Next week will be interesting when the lines start to build up. Will it be already Wednesday or just during Thursday night? Apple has apparently substantial stock of the iPhone 3G. The only motivation for lining up on launch day is to be first to own an iPhone 3G. Update: iPhone 3G Line has already started one week early
As today is a holiday you could spend the 30min. and watch the iPhone 3G tutorial video Apple published this week.
AT&T also published some videos about getting iReady for next weeks' iDay.
Also make sure you have taken a closer look at the AT&T pricing plans for the iPhone 3G. The iPhone 3G lowest plan costs $69.99 per month. Note that SMS packages are extra.
