The E3 Media & Business Summit will start next week on Monday, July 14th. Microsoft's David Gosen said in an interview that Microsoft would have "fantastic surprises awaiting everybody at E3".
The Xbox 360 really is in need for fantastic surprises to keep up with Sony's PS3. We already have reported about a Xbox 360 price-cut rumor, which is supposed to be announced at E3. Microsoft needs to address the Blu-ray issue and could announce the rumored motion controllers for the Xbox 360.
A recent rumor suggests that the Xbox 360 will get a 3D dashboard. How about a 3D online world for Xbox Live?

The ESA organized 2008 E3 Media & Business
Summit will take place in LA starting July 14th. It is expected that Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo reveal some details on what we can expect this fall and holiday shopping season.
