Microsoft and Billionaire financier Icahn had a chat last week and the message to Yahoo is that Microsoft is still interested to reopen talks if Yahoo elects a new board.
Meanwhile The Times Online reports that Yahoo is talking again with Time Warner to fend of a Microsoft takeover.
Yahoo seeks to get Time Warner interested in merging Yahoo with AOL.
Yahoo!'s shares raised over 10% already today amidst this developments. Right now the Yahoo stock is up 8%.
It looks like the Yahoo Microsoft deal story is in full swing again.
