OCZ Core 64GB and 128GB SSD on Sale

OCZ announced the price-breaking OCZ Core SSD series on July 1st. Now NewEgg is shipping the 128GB and 64GB SSDs.

The 128GB OCZ Core sells for $479 after a $40 mail-in rebate on NewEgg.
With a price of $279 after a $40 mail-in rebate the 64GB OCZ Core SSD is a real bargain compared to what 2.5 inch SATA II SSD has cost so far. More details on NewEgg.
OCZ says that the new OCZ Core Series delivers the performance and reliability of the latest SSDs at a 50% lower price per gigabyte than other high speed offerings currently on the market.
Performance data of the OCZ Core SSDs include 120-143Mbs/80-93Mbs read/write speeds and seek times of less than 0.35ms.
