Google buys Digg for $200m?

TechCrunch reports that Google is in final negotiations to acquire Digg for around $200 million.

Google was apparently in acquisition mode for the last six weeks.
The deal is said to still take several weeks and because of ties to Microsoft the deal could still fall apart.
Digg has a 3 year ad deal with Microsoft.
More details on TechCrunch.

If Google buys eventually Digg the social voting could end up being integrated in Google search and also Google News.
