Another nice feature of the mouse is the Nano Plug-and-Forget receiver is so small you can put it into the USB port of your notebook and leave it there without fear of it getting broken during transit. This is not the first mouse to use the tiny Logitech receiver that protrudes just 8 mm from the side of the notebook.
The mouse uses 2.4 GHz wireless technology for a powerful and clear signal. Logitech also features on the mouse its free spinning scroll wheel that was first introduced on the VX Revolution. Logitech says the new V550 Nano is available in two colors -- gray with silver accents and silver with cool blue accents. Logitech also includes two Clip-and-Go docks -- one of them silver and one black. The new mouse is expected to be available in late August for $59.99.
