Google Picasa 3.0 launched

Besides Google Chrome, Google also launched a new version of the Picasa service. Maybe not the best idea to launch two things at once, especially if one is seen as a huge deal, like Chrome.
Google Picasa 3.0 is a major technology upgrade to both Picasa and Picasa Web Albums.
New features of Google Picasa 3.0 include name-tags, new design for Web Albums, new easy sync to web function to share photos, and more.
