If you are looking for a great deal on a new HP Windows 7 notebook, Amazon is now offering an additional $50 off via mail-in rebate. The offer expires November 14th.
Amazon of course already sells the selected HP Windows 7 notebooks at a discount from the list price. The $50 mail-in rebate brings the price down further, as long as you do not forget to mail the rebate request in.

Some examples of the offered HP Windows 7 notebooks and the final price after rebate are:
HP Pavilion DV6-1354US 15.6-Inch Black Laptop: $609.99
HP Pavilion DM3-1030US 13.3-Inch Silver Laptop: $549.99
