Bringing the new Sony VPL-HW10 BRAVIA SXRD 1080p Home Theater Front Projector home for Christmas will bring big smiles to the faces of your family.
The Sony VPL-HW10 has a high 30,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 1,000 ANSI lumens and all-digital video signal processing via the BRAVIA Engine 2, generating sharp, vibrant images.
And with three SXRD micro-display panels that provide Full 1080p resolution, it's easy to recreate the theater experience at home without breaking the bank too much.

There are also two HDMI inputs with x.v.Color technology, which are perfect for getting brilliant results from your compatible HD camcorder. This entry-level front projector is brimming with features including BRAVIA Engine full digital video processor which enhances contrast and dynamically improves color performance and an ARC-F (All Range Crisp Focus) lens that takes full advantage of the full 1920 x 1080 HD resolution of the SXRD panel. It's also equipped with an ultra-quiet fan, improved lamp life and easy-to-use features.
SXRD is a display technology developed by the legendary television engineers at Sony to meet and exceed the demands of a High Definition image at its full 1080 line resolution. It is a 1920 x 1080p panel characterized by several key benefits -- full HD resolution, smooth film-like image with minimal screen door effects, high response times (2.5ms rise and fall), high contrast ratios and accurate color rendition.

The Sony VPL-HW10 has an adjustable "Lens Shift" function. Picture position (both horizontal and vertical) can be easily adjusted with the adjustable Lens shift function, which expands the projector's placement and installation options without distorting image quality.
