Sony announced a new firmware release for the Sony PS3. The firmware 2.52 is a minor update for the PS3.
Firmware 2.52 improves the playback quality of some PS3 format software.
Additionally the new software update 2.52 for the PS3 fixes a text entry issue that occurs when using the on-screen keyboard, USB keyboard or Bluetooth keyboard with some PS3 format software.
The PS3 2.52 firmware update should be available on the Playstation Network now.
