Reports are surfacing that during the election campaigns of McCain and Obama that hackers infiltrated the computer systems of both camps and stole what is being defined as a serious amount of files.

Officials believe that the hack was an intelligence gathering operation conducted by either Russia or China. During the campaigns, what was thought to have been a virus was found.
