Apple has really done it. In October we reported that the iPhone is already the 2nd bestselling mobile phone in the United States behind the Motorola RAZR. Now retail research firm NPD says the iPhone has taken the lead in the third quarter and is now the best selling mobile phone.
This is quite amazing as the iPhone is not a free phone and is actually a full featured cutting edge smart phone.
