Everybody is waiting for the final release date and price of the BlackBerry Storm. Screenshots of BlackBerry Storm pages from a Verizon web staging server appeared on Howardforums. Verizon has a staging server that is not password protected. Now that the pages have leaked Verizon took the BlackBerry Storm pages down.
The prices of the BlackBerry Storm on that staging server might just be place holder though and not the final pricing. The lowest price for the BlackBerry Storm would be $219.99 with a 2 year contract.A one-year contract would cost $289.99 and the month-to-month price of the Storm would be $519.99.
Pricing the Storm slightly above the iPhone 3G is just betting on BlackBerry fans not minding paying $20 more than they would have for the iPhone - not really a nice move.
Verizon is hopefully releasing the launch date and pricing for the BlackBerry Storm soon so we get clarity.
