One thing that many senior citizens have in common is hearing loss. This makes it very difficult for many to use a cell phone as they age. The new ClarityLife handset is amplified to make it easy to hear conversations. The amp ups sound levels by 20-decibles.

The handset also features a one-touch emergency help button to contact loved ones. The display is also large and has backlit numbers for those with vision problems. A flashing orange LED shows when calls are coming in and the handset has an extra strong vibrating ringer. The handset is a GSM phone that will work with most GSM carriers. The handset is available for $269.95.

"The C900 is the most anticipated product we’ve developed at Clarity in recent history,” said Carsten Trads, president of Clarity. “The buzz has been incredible and it’s no surprise why. The ClarityLife C900 addresses the needs of a market that has been overlooked for years – aging Americans. The volume is amplified, the controls are large and the design is simple. There’s even an emergency button. This is the phone they’ve been waiting for and they can’t wait to get their hands on it.”
