LittleBigPlanet is already a big hit for the Sony PS3, having sold 215,000 copies in the first 5 days of sale. Now a rumor about LittleBigPlanet hitting the PSP in 2009 can be found in the gaming magazine EGM according to Kotaku.
Media Molecule, the game studio behind LBP would not be involved in the development.I do not see the point of a full blown LittleBigPlanet on the PSP, but Sony is trying to find more and more synergies between the PS3 and the PSP. Possibly Sony is working on an extension to LPB that lets gamers involve the PSP in some form as they do with Resistance: Retribution and Resistance 2 .
