Usually only retailers make news about great deals for consumer electronics for Black Friday. Samsung puts their own marketing muscle behind special deals with a selection of their HDTV line-up.
Samsung highlights 5 HDTVs that will be available at retailers at low prices. The prices shown on the Samsung site explain now why Walmart is able to offer a 50 inch Samsung Plasma for only $798 on Black Friday. Samsung already calls the price for it to be $899.99.

As reported the Samsung TVs are dominating the top seller lists on Amazon.com.
