Sony is prepping yet another interesting Sony PS3 firmware update. The Sony PS3 Firmware 2.53 is bringing full screen support for Flash videos amongst many tiny tweaks. Update: PS3 Firmware 2.53 available now
The improvements of firmware 2.53 include also a new power saving option. You can set the PS3 console and wireless controllers to be set to turn off automatically after a certain period of inactivity.The new Sony PS3 firmware updates have been announced the last couple times on the Playstation Blog first. Now Computer and Videogames (Via Engadget) has the details of the new firmware 2.53 before any of the Sony sites updated.
Either way the new Sony PS3 firmware 2.53 update is scheduled to be released today.
