The service launches today and is described as a digital music magazine that will be digitally delivered each Wednesday. The monthly subscription fee is $5 and half of that fee goes to the Global Fund to help fight Aids. Those subscribing by December 10th will be founding members and get a free Jay-Z song.
"MSN is honored to introduce (RED)WIRE to the hundreds of millions of people that visit MSN each month," said Lisa Gurry, director for MSN. "The launch event on MSN today is an amazing opportunity for people to view incredible performances from top artists, while helping save lives at the same time."
