BlackBerry Storm Firmware Update released by Vodafone Germany

The BlackBerry Storm firmware update situation is confusing and a strong hand or announcement by RIM is needed.
Different Storm firmware versions got leaked and there is still no official word that clears up the air on when Storm users can expect an official OTA update and what it would actually fix.
Vodafone Germany has now released a BlackBerry Storm update with version OS 4.7.0.78, which is higher than what has been available on the net.So where is Verizon with an update for the BlackBerry Storm?
