Earlier today we reported about a rumor published by the UK's Guardian that Nokia is working on an Android Phone that the company will show in September. Reuters contacted Nokia and a Nokia Spokasman said quote: "Absolutely no truth to this whatsoever. Everyone knows that Symbian is our preferred platform for advanced mobile devices."

I still have my bets on Nokia working on an Android phone - they better be, as Symbian isn't flourishing in the advanced smartphone segment. And advanced smartphones like the iPhone and the Palm Pre will soon enough be what we will call a standard mobile phone.
