If you got one of the new Late 2008 MacBooks, a MacBook Pro, or MacBook Air, then you should check out the new firmware updates Apple released for the latest Apple notebooks.
For each of the above mentioned Apple computers two firmware updates are available. The EFI firmware update addresses stability issues and the SMC firmware update improves the power management.More details on MacRumors.
