The handset is designed to operate on a Chinese Open /mobile system that is a SCDMA 3G standard found only in China. Other than a nice pic and the fact that it will never come to America, not many details are available.
Most of us have a pretty good idea what is offered by Google's Android OS so other than looks and performance the handset should offer the same basic functionality as the G1. It just looks better doing it.
