iPhone nano Fakes already on Sale

Last week cases for an alleged Apple iPhone nano appeared and now reports come in that fake iPhone nano devices are on sale in Thailand.
What happened to the good old Apple rumors that are just based on some secret source? Now we are confronted with clones and accessories of something that might be coming from Apple. What to make of it? My opinion is that there will be an iPhone nano for sure, but not at the MacWorld 2009.
