The Nikon Coolpix S4000 is available at Amazon for $199.95.

The Coolpix S4000 has a spacious 3-inch 460k-dot LCD that features Nikon’s Clear Color Display and intuitive fingertip shooting control to make a camera that captures stunning pictures and is easy to use. With Touch Shutter, you can select your subject by a single touch on the screen to adjust focus and exposure, and to automatically release the shutter. You can also control White Balance with the touchpad screen. It also has Subject tracking, which automatically follows and focuses on a subject selected by touch. This unique touch screen feature takes ease of photography to a new level.

With its 12.0 effective megapixels of sharp resolution the Nikon Coolpix S4000 gives you the freedom of a precision 4xzoom, and Nikkor lens that ably covers focal lengths from 27-108mm. The Advanced digital image-processing faithfully reproduces fine details and subtle tones, and delivers quick response. It also features Nikon’s smarter approach to digital imaging technology EXPEED.

The Nikon Coolpix S4000 also can take high-definition movies. It can shoot up to 1.5 hours of HD movies with sound at 30fps. It also has four advanced image stabilizing features so you’re sure to get clear blur-free pictures. Another feature of the Coolpix S4000 is its exclusive Smart Portrait System that automatically detects as many as 12 faces in shot, Face-priority AF helps produce satisfying portraits by adjusting focus and exposure.
