NEC avoids CES with the announcement of the M155 Messenger watch coming after the show closed its doors. Possibly a wise decision as the design of the NEC M155 Messenger watch needs some serious work if you compare it with the LG 3G HSDPA Wrist Phone unveiled at CES 2009.
The new NEC M155 Messenger watch is aimed at use in professional healthcare and hospitality environments, still doctors also want to look good wearing a technology watch.
The M155 Messenger brings mobile messaging and speakerphone communications for DECT users to the highest level of comfort. The device has a three-line display and is easy to wear on the wrist or as necklace. The M155 gives users full control over their accessibility and provides various call control options and integrates seamlessly with an organization’s PBX and (messaging) applications.
