The contrast ration offered by the projector is 3000:1 and it uses a three-mirror system for uniform light output. Aspect ratio for the projector is 4:3 and the optics use Durable Inorganic Optical System meaning that they are treated for heat and UV resistance.
Sanyo says the massive projector is compatible with WUXGA, UXGA, SXGA+, SXGA, WXGA, XGA, SVGA, VGA, and MAC computers. Inputs include RGB (D-Sub-15), Pb/Cb, Pr/Cr (BNCx5) and S-Video. Also available are a USB port and a RS-232 communications port. The projector is set to ship this month at $16,995.
