Jason Bradbury is the UK's best-known face of technology, he's currently hosting The Gadget Show on Five and Royal Television Society award-winning children's science show Gross. Mr. Bradbury now has his first sci-fi book for kids coming out on February 5th called Dot Robot.
Dot Robot tells the story of a very clever twelve year-old boy from South London, called Jackson Farley. He is brilliant with numbers and mad about computer games. His life changes when he receives a mysterious instant message and is pulled into a world of international intrigue and high-tech robots.
One of the robots that appear in the book was built by a model maker and it really looks awesome. Watch Jason Bradbury in the video below when he meets the model of robot Punk for the first time - he gets "a bit" excited.
You can pre-order Dot Robot on Amazon.com for £4.19.
You can also watch the above video in HD quality on Youtube. See also Jason Bradbury's blog.
