EA has announced that SimAnimals for the Nintendo Wii and Ds consoles is now shipping. The game allows players to engage, touch, move, and control a wide range of wild animals as you journey into a forest.

An on-screen animated hand allows you to reach out and touch, pick up and move everything in the game from animals to trees. How the player treats, the animals will determine if they know and love the player or hate them.

Throughout the game will be a series of challenges and goals that the player must meet. Gamers will discover one of a kind animals and objects as the game progresses. The MSRP for the Wii version is $49.99 and the DS version will sell for $29.99.
