Mark Papermaster finally starts at Apple in April

In November Apple announced that Mark Papermaster is joining Apple as Senior Vice President of Devices Hardware Engineering. Mark Papermaster was a former IBM executive of 25 years and IBM sued to stop Papermaster from joining Apple citing competitive reasons.
Both companies settled the issue and came to an agreement. Mark Papermaster can join Apple starting April 24th. Papermaster will lead Apple’s iPod and iPhone hardware engineering teams.
