If you still did not find the essential and free 3D glasses at a SoBe stand in your neighborhood super market there is a chance that Target and also Meijer will have them on Saturday January 31st. This information is according to the SoBe site.
As reported, at the Super Bowl 2009 you will be able to see two 3D commercials. DreamWorks' Monsters vs. Aliens and PepsiCo's SoBe Lifewater will be featured in 3D on Super Bowl Sunday. You can watch the very funny SoBe Lizard Lake Super Bowl 2009 ad already in 2D online.
Intel and DreamWorks have supposedly distributed 125 million 3D glasses. Still I am hearing reports that people could not find them. One reason for that might be that lots of 3D glasses ended up on eBay.

Do not forget that you will also have the opportunity to re-use your 3D glasses for a special 3D episode of NBC's hit comedy "Chuck," airing Monday, February 2, 2009 (8-9pm ET.)

Super Bowl 2009 will be happening on Sunday February 1st. This Super Bowl is a treat for geeks that is why we will cover it even more than in 2008. Despite the recession a 30 second of a Super Bowl Ad cost about $3m and there should be again lots of must see Commercials. There will be for instance the first 3D Super Bowl Ads and lots of Super Bowl Ads featuring new 2009 Sci-fi Movies including the new Star Trek and the next Transformers movie. Do not forget to get your 3D Glasses for hot Super Bowl 3D Ads.
