Toshiba TG01 unveiled

Toshiba unveiled a sexy new touchscreen smartphone in London last night. The Toshiba TG01 manages to compete with the iPhone in style and is very thin.
The Toshiba TG01 uses the new Qualcomm's 1GHz Snapdragon chipset. Features of the TG01 include big 4.1" WVGA (800x480px) touchscreen, Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional, custom 3D user interface, GPS receiver, WiFi, HSDPA, microSD slot, and motion sensor.The Toshiba TG01 is only 9.9mm thick. The iPhone 3G is with 12.3 mm rather thick in comparison. Of course nobody knows yet how well the battery works in the TG01.
Toshiba is set to reveal more about the TG01 at the MWC 2009 in Barcelona mid February.
