Sony Announces New PSP Colors

Sony has announced new PSP colors that will be coming to Europe. The devices are plain PSP-3000 portable consoles with new hues on the case. Among the new colors are Mystic silver, Pearl White, Piano Black, and Vibrant Red.

I don’t see how the black version is any different from the black PSP that has been around since the PSP debuted. Actually, on closer inspection, it is the original black hue. The PSP-3000 has a built-in mic to allow for Skype calls and a TV out port for watching video or playing games on a large screen.

Exact availability dates and pricing is unknown for the new consoles. I suspect that pricing may not change at all considering it's just a new color. You never know though, the new colors could be offered only in bundles like Nintendo is apt to do with new DS colors.
