Sirius XM the satellite radio provider is preparing for a possible Bankruptcy according to the NY Times.
What a possibly Bankruptcy for customers who subscribed to Sirius XM is unclear.
Business Week highlights the advantages of Sirius XM filing for Bankruptcy. The company could renegotiate costly deals with their content providers, like Howard Stern.Last summer the FCC approved the merger of Sirius and XM.
