Huawei today showcased its first Android smartphone at the GSMA Mobile World Congress 2009 in Barcelona. The Huawai Android smartphone will be commercially available in the third quarter of 2009.
That is pretty much all the information Huawei revealed in their press-release about their first Android phone.
So far Android has a very weak showing at the MWC 2009. After CES, where Android was totally absent this is kind of a bad sign. The MWC just stired hope that things will still change. The only highlight so far is the news that Vodafone will offer the HTC Magic aka G2.
