Deutsche Telekom Rumored To Buy Sprint Nextel

Buy Sprint Phones from Amazon Cyber Monday and Black Friday Now

The German Telekom is rumored to be considering buying Sprint Nextel according to a report on the UK's Telegraph.
German Telekom just made a cool move in the UK to partner with France Telekom to create the largest carrier. A merger of Sprint Nextel and T-Mobile US could stir up things quite a bit and put more pressure on Verizon and AT&T.
Sprint Nextel is a big bite to chew at a market valuation of $10.6 billion. For that reason I am not so sure that this deal will actually happen. The German Telekom needs to do something in the US to turn the business around - we will see what it is.
