Apple Event rumored for March 24th

Over the weekend we reported about small signs in Apple Land about new hardware announcements to happen in March. Now a specific date for the next Apple announcement event has been thrown into the rumor mill: March 24th.
World of Apple and My Apple Guide are reporting that date quoting sources saying that Apple will announce new NVIDIA iMac, NVIDIA Mac mini and possibly new Mac Pro computers.
As already mentioned yesterday the likelihood of a new Apple hardware announcement is increasing. Apple did not unveil NVIDIA and DisplayPort featuring iMacs and Mac mini computers in Fall, so the assumption is that it will happen this quarter.
