The service is in beta right now and is subscription-free with access to libraries of content from Disney, 20th Century Fox TV, NBC, Sony, and Warner Bros. All of the content is offered on demand to watchers and sent to the TV via a broadband connection.
The hardware isn't purchased, the user will pay a one time fee to Zillion for the hardware and installation including a motion sensitive remote. The company expects to have 15,000 titles on the service by the end of this year. All programs are available on demand 24/7. Zillion doesn't say exactly what the one-time fee is and says that the service is in trials in markets around the country and will continue to go live throughout the year.
