Sprint unveiled the LG Rumor 2 today. The LG Rumor 2 is the next generation of the according to Sprint highly popular and successful LG Rumor. I do not know any LG Rumor users and I also do not understand why one would name a phone rumor. Anyway the new LG Rumor 2 features a full sliding QWERTY keyboard for enhanced messaging, email and social networking as well as stereo Bluetooth, a 1.3 megapixel camera and a QVGA display.
The Rumor 2 also features a removable backplate, allowing users to personalize their phone.
LG Rumor2 will be available in two color options: Black Titanium and Vibrant Blue. The LG Rumor2 measures 4.4” x 2.1” x 0.7” and weighs 4.23 ounces.
The LG Rumor2 will be available exclusively from Sprint on March 15th for just $49.99 with a new two-year service agreement after a $50 mail-in rebate.
